Location, location, location! Mermaid Cove Cottage is a short ride out to the Homosassa River which offers easy access to the Gulf or Homosassa Springs. Also, close by boat, golf cart or vehicle to The Shed at McCraes and public boat ramp, Florida Cracker, Crumps, The Old Mill, The Freezer, Two Pop's, Nauti Times. This home is located in an old, quiet Florida neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. It offers plenty of outdoor area, including dock space for your boat and a large paver patio area to relax. We often see wildlife such as manatee, otters, dolphin, fish, egrets, hawks, etc. right in the backyard. A sloped area into the water is convenient to launch kayaks which are available for your use. A large shed/building with an ice maker, yes, a large ice machine, and a bait/beer fridge is available. The shed also offers plenty of space to securely store your fishing/diving equipment. No parking issues at this home as there is plenty of parking out front and a covered carport. The Cottage is very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and living area...can easily sleep up to 8 and also has a large outdoor shower for your convenience.
