The cabin has ideal access to Blowing Rock (7 miles to Main St.), Boone and the Appalachian State University Campus (7 miles to King St.), Tweetsie Railroad, and Appalachian Ski Mountain (both within 5 miles), as well as easy access to hiking trails, rivers, lakes, ponds, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and more.
The main level offers an open great room with wood floors and vaulted ceilings. The great room is highlighted by a wood-burning stone fireplace, leather furniture, and HD Smart TV. Adjacent to the great room is the kitchen and dining area. The dining table accommodates eight guests, with four more at the kitchen bar top with bar stool seating. A table with four chairs is in the loft for additional seating needs. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops and is well-outfitted with anything you need to prepare and serve meals to a packed house. The cozy covered rear porch is off the kitchen, with outdoor seating and a gas grill.
