Summary: Only one elevator, went bad overnight. Had to do 3 trips to bring down my and my wifes luggage from 3rd floor. This would have not been a problem except that I am 73 years old, have had both my knees replaced with prosthetics(artificial knees) and open heart surgery. No one offered to help or gave alternatives Not a good first impression of a Hotel brand
