This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sits on a quiet canyon road surrounded by trees, open skies, and sweeping valley and ocean views—yet it’s only four minutes (add one minute if you catch the red light in town) from the charm of the historic village of Arroyo Grande, and six minutes to Trader Joe's! Edna Valley Wineries are less than ten minutes away, twelve minutes to the beach, and the wonderful town of San Luis Obispo is fifteen minutes. So while you may just want to stay put and enjoy your surroundings, there is so much to do and see within a very short drive.
Inside, the home is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for relaxing getaways. Completely remodeled in 2024, the home features large windows and doors that fold open to bring the outdoors in, while the open living and dining areas create the perfect space for gathering with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, whether it’s a quick breakfast before exploring the Central Coast or a leisurely dinner after a day at the beach.
Step outside and you’ll find one of the best features of the property: peaceful outdoor living. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the hills, grill dinner on the barbecue, or unwind in the evening by the outdoor fireplace under a sky full of stars.
