The space:
Lakefront private home. Very secluded from neighbors - fencing, and landscaping designed for privacy.
Private sunbathing areas and outdoor cooking with Weber grill and outdoor fireplace. Plenty of room to fish, swim, and relax. Multi-level dock and storage for your boat.
Guest access:
PLEASE enter the total number of GUESTS to include PEOPLE/ADULTS/CHILDREN and PETS when booking.
You will have access to the entire private residence, (excluding a locked closet for Host personal supplies).
On the dock, there are fishing poles that you are free to use. Refrigerator and Bluetooth speakers included. Life jackets are also supplied in the dock box - various sizes from Children's S to Adult XXL. Coast Guard Life ring is centrally located.
The Dock and golf cart pathway/walkway is shared with the Host.
Two-Bedroom Adjacent Cottage may be available upon request for additional accommodations for up to 5 extra guests. Available only when booking the primary home and not allowed for separate bookings.
VRBO policy requires the following: Two external digital security cameras located on the property for home/property security, liability protection, and compliance reasons, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ privacy in any interior areas.
