This beautiful luxury mountain home located in Upper Deer Valley features a private outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing outside through any weather. Spend time with your loved ones in the separate den space as well as the game room, and enjoy an abundance of luxury at-home features, including boot dryers, a billiards table, and ample rack space for all skis and ski gear.
WHAT’S NEARBY
This home sits on the mountain less than one mile from the slopes of the Deer Valley Resort. A step off of the back porch is a trail that connects to over 400 miles of trails. Our home offers a personal shuttle that runs from 8 AM - the close of the lifts during ski season. Park City offers an extensive complimentary bus system with regular service to and from nearby Silver Lake Village, allowing you to easily spend your days skiing and snowboarding. You'll be less than a mile from the Silver Lake base area of Deer Valley and two miles from Park City Main Street and the Town Lift in downtown Park City.
Parking notes: There are free parking for 2 vehicles. Garage parking is available for up to two cars.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.
INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
