Outside you can enjoy the generous backyard with a pool and tennis court steps away. what more could you ask for?

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS OF ANY KIND.
We can not stress enough to all guests there can absolutely be no events held at this property. There are community cameras all around the neighborhood, including our own cameras on the outside of the home itself. YOU WILL BE removed from the premises and lose your deposit and no refund.

- Reservation with less than 4 guests will not be approved or will be canceled.

- All guests must be included on the reservation including children.

- The person who booked this property must be present during check-in.

- A Rental Agreement is required to be signed.

- Security Deposit of $350 will be required ( Refundable)
