Med/Firm Cal King 72" wide x 84" long mattress in master bedroom with Ocean Views. Queen size Murphy Bed with new Memory Foam mattress in living room.

The "Only" Unit in the building with direct access from the parking garage and NO stairs. Coming/going is a breeze, loading/unloading a breeze, groceries/trash doesn't get any easier. One flight of stairs down to the gate and you're on the beach.
Our rates are already heavily discounted for monthly rentals. Inquiry early for longer stays (3-6 months), property is booked over 1yr in advance for peak months. No exceptions to the 30 night minimum, the City of HB has a $1000 fine per day for violations.
