This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located a mere 56 steps from the front door to Siesta Key’s world-famous crystal white sands. The private and gated beach access eliminates the need to cross busy streets and allows for easy access for quick bathroom breaks, lunch breaks, or afternoon naps. Enjoy the beautiful tiki hut that includes gas grills, tables, and seating for a beach dining experience.
Our condo has a relaxing beach-themed motif with new furniture and décor. The freshly painted interior sleeps 6, with a king bed in the master, and a queen and a full bed in the second bedroom.
New stainless-steel appliances highlight a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, and all the conveniences of home. Also included are pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware, and anything you need for cooking.
There is a large flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living room and TVs in each bedroom. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. The living room features a new sofa, loveseat, and chair with an ottoman to comfortably seat 6. The dining area features a new dining table and chairs for 6 and a breakfast bar that seats 2. Our outdoor storage unit has beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, and a wagon for our guests’ use.
You will love sitting on the lanai at night listening to the waves lap on the beach while planning the next day’s adventures.
The Sea Shell Condominium beachfront complex is very family-friendly as it is in one of the most convenient locations on Siesta Key. This allows for walkable exploration of shopping, dining, and sightseeing options. Hop on the free Siesta Key Trolley which has stops throughout the island for further exploration and eliminates the need for a rental car. We believe that our condo and complex affords our guests all of the amenities for an unforgettable beach vacation.
