➔ No events or parties. Please respect the neighbors, no loud music after 9:30PM. If a wild party is detected, a $1000 fee will be charged and cops will be sent to the house immediately.
➔ PETS. Please provide us with the pet information and if approved there is a $200 pet fee per stay. Thanks for checking with us before your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following:
1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised, no markings, etc.
2. Please do not let dogs on the furniture, bed, couch, table etc.
3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel.
4. Please pick up dogs poop on the backyard.
5. Please note extra cleaning charges will result if indoor dog waste is not picked up or accidents happen on furniture.
6. We don't provide crate or kennel, please bring your own. Thank you!
