Spacious 3 bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 bathroom home on stilts with a brand new 7 person hot tub just added! TV's in all the rooms, as well as one above the hot tub. No parking passes to worry about as you can park up to 3 vehicles under the house! 4 person gas golf cart and many free golf cart parking spots at the beach make it easy to bring your chairs and towels to the beach. Flip Flops and Ocean Annie's beach bars are prime hangout spots for locals and vacationers alike!
Need a break from the beach? Hang out at the house and grill in the backyard while enjoying the fire pit in the evening. Need a quieter space? Enjoy the breeze on the covered balcony and read a few pages of your favorite book!
Once you arrive every thing you need is a short golf cart ride away: Beach, Golf, Restaurants & Shopping. Or hop in the car and head out to Barefoot Landing or Broadway @ at the Beach for some souveniers.
In a great neighborhood with very little traffic (only 13 homes) This is a perfect getaway to relax with friends or family and make memories.

If you are looking to party and be loud - please do not rent from us. This is a beautiful spacious house, with room to stretch out - not be bothered with people banging on all sides of you/above/below you as you would find in many nearby condos and hotels.
Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am.
Must have valid Drivers License and insurance to operate the golf cart. No driving on main highways (this includes Kings Hwy) or after dark. We will request photos of your licenses and insurance for anyone intending to operate the golf cart.
