During December1 to April 1 the pool is heated to 82 Degrees but will vary in temperature according to weather conditions and time of day from 78 - 88 Degrees

There is a New Lighted Walking path along the water 90 seconds from the house and a Dog park walking distance away.
Area Attractions: Walking distance to Major shopping and Restaurants, 20 minutes to West Palm Beach Airport, 50 minutes to Ft Lauderdale airport and Convention Center, Ft Lauderdale Downtown and close to every amenity you can imagine from Shopping Malls, Airports, Hospitals, All major retail stores, Boynton Beach Mall, Boca Raton Town Center Mall, Boca Raton Mizner Mall, Sawgrass Mills Mall, Water sports, Fitness Centers, Golf courses, Spas, Fishing, Kayaking, Parasailing, Snorkeling, Diving, Bahia Mar, Restaurants - Walking Trail, Dog Park, and Tennis Courts are Walking distance from the house.
Area attractions: Within the surrounding area and not more than one hour away - one can visit the following: Miami - Miami South Beach, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables Ft Lauderdale - Aventura, Aventura Mall, Sawgrass Mills Mall, Galleria Mall, plantation, Weston, Pompano Beach Palm Beach - Deerfield, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach.
There are 50 to 100 Restaurant's 1/2 mile from my house The Boynton Beach mall is 1 Mile away. Super Target 1/2 Mile and Super Walmart 1 mile from house So there is no need for a car.

1 bedroom and 1 full bath is now located on the 1st Floor.

We are in the middle of two lakes - Lake Ida and Lake Osborne
Boat dock house / Tiki has 10 ft. Table 50 " Tv
We also have a Wave runner lift and Boat Dock
Best Fishing is from the back of my house.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Rented through VRBO
Is held with VRBO. If any Damages, I report it to VRBO and also, I take Pictures and Video. If no damages 100% of security deposit gets returned.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Rented through Me personally.
If rented through me Personally. I hold full Security in my account.
If there was any damage to the home caused by the Renter or their guests, I will have the damage's repaired and send the bill along with the balance from the Security Deposit. No Damages 100% will be returned to you.
Cleaning Fee:
Please note the cleaning fee of $300.00 is for normal Cleaning.
Extra Charge if home is left in dirty condition.
Note: ALL furniture that you move during your stay Must be returned to where you found it when you leave
ALSO, the Lawn and Bushes are not an Ash Tray or a Spot to Throw your Beer Caps I will Charge a $100.00 Extra Fee if this is Needed to be Cleaned up. There are 2 Outside Commercial Ash Trays provided out in the Yard.
There is No Parking on the Grass

Here are the Rules from the City of Boynton Beach about Commercial Vehicles
And any violations for a Commercial Vehicle will be deducted from the Security Deposit before it gets returned along with court cost and Attorney fees.
(a) The intent of this section is to limit and prohibit the parking in residential areas of the city of trucks or other vehicles that are primarily designed for commercial use and not primarily designed as passenger vehicles and:
(1) To eliminate the visual blight created by large commercial vehicles being parked in residential areas overnight (from dusk to dawn) or for long periods of time.
(2) To minimize physical damage to publicly maintained rights-of-way.
(3) To protect property values and character of property within residential areas.
(4) To reduce traffic congestion; and
(5) To protect children from traffic injuries.
(b) It is hereby declared unlawful for any individual to park, cause to be parked or allow to be parked any of the following vehicles for a longer period than fifteen (15) minutes or to allow the vehicle motor or any accessory refrigeration or cooling motor running in any area of the city zoned for single- or two-family residential use as defined on the city’s official zoning map or along any street that fronts such residential area without regard to the zoning classification:
(1) Any truck, truck cab, truck trailer, farm, or construction vehicle or heavy equipment, semi-tractor, bus, dump truck, or wrecker/tow truck.
(2) Any motor vehicle with more than two (2) axles excluding a recreational vehicle.
(3) Any motor vehicle having a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) greater than 16,000 pounds excluding a recreational vehicle; and
(4) Any truck with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) between 14,000 pounds and 16,001 pounds that has been designed or modified for commercial moving, shipping, or trucking purposes (i.e. “box” truck).
(c) Exceptions to the above standards, excluding the running of motors, are limited to the following:
(1) When in connection with the actual loading or unloading of such vehicle, delivering of goods or services, and/or construction activity pursuant to permitted improvements to the property; and
(2) Recreational vehicles, which are regulated separately from this section of the city code.
(3) The term truck does not include pick-up trucks that would otherwise comply with the restrictions within divisions (b)(2), (b)(3), and (b)(4) above.
(d) A violation of this section of the city code constitutes a municipal ordinance violation and is subject to penalties as set forth in this city code. The city may prosecute violations by issuance of notices to appear for violation of a city ordinance, in which case, the penalty for a violation shall be as follows:
(1) First violation - $100.00.
(2) Second violation - $200.00.
(3) Third or more violations - $500.00 per violation.
(4) Each calendar day on which a violation exists shall constitute a separate violation for the purpose of determining the fine.
