Summary: First of all, it's a beautiful house in a great location. I rented this house for 19 days, with my sons & their families joining me at three different times. We all live in ND so getting to warmer weather and enjoying a pool was foremost in our minds. The owner told me the pool might have trouble keeping up with the cooler nights, which I assumed he meant, instead of 85 degrees it might be 80. I basically booked it based upon a review I read where the renter in January said they enjoyed the heated pool. I have to admit he did contact the pool company several times, but the pool temperature never got above 68, meaning we never got to enjoy the pool. We were so disappointed!!! There were some minor issues but the owner addressed them quickly.
