The space
HOME WITH BACKYARD & DRIVEWAY PARKING. The studio has a microwave and refrigerator with water/ice. Mr. Coffee Pot and Keurig single serve (complimentary coffee). 50-inch TV in each room and Cox internet. Hair Dryer in the bathroom. Iron and ironing board. City Coop has written procedures for staff cleaning, including disinfecting high-touch areas. Guests can access starter supplies such as napkins, paper towels, shampoo, and soap (kitchen and bath). Experienced Host!
Located just a few minutes' drive from OU Med Center complex, VA hospital, Bricktown, Paseo, Midtown, and 6 miles from the State Fairgrounds. Your cozy house has a beautifully landscaped backyard full of birds and squirrels, but you still get the convenience of being in the city. Tinker AFB is a short drive away, and we proudly support our armed forces members. This is the perfect place for your medical trip too.

You will receive an access code in the check in instruction that will be a passcode for the lockbox.
You will have the access to your unit only. Please don't access to other units, storage room, basement or garage.

- There are 2 units on this property. This is unit A, located on the left side.
- Unit A's dedicated parking spot is on the left side. Please don’t park on the right side.
- The unit has a central A/C unit and mini split.
- The backyard is available to use.
- Check-in is at 4 p.m. and Check-out is at 11 a.m.
- Same-day booking will be notified of the new check-in time as it might not be ready when you book.
- Please add your pet to the reservation if you plan to bring them.
- We do PEST control monthly, but it’s Oklahoma, and we often get ants and insects visiting the house, especially during the rain or stormy weather. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notices during cleaning time sessions, they always try their best to remove them. - --- We followed a cleaning procedure and guidelines but could not control this issue completely. Please find the spray bottle under the sink if you notice ants or some insects.
- The weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house, but we can not guarantee to adjust them at a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will damage the A/C system, and you will be responsible for it.

- You can also choose between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver because it protects you if you cause accidental damage during your stay at our place.
**Additional charge**
- Please add your pet to the reservation (We allow Dogs only) if you plan to bring them. The fee is $35 per dog/per stay.
- We will give 1 set of towels per person. The 2nd set needs to be requested 24 hours before checking time. After the 2nd will be $20 per set
- Early check-in at 2 p.m. or late check-out at 1 p.m. is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours before we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment.
- Please check for all of your personal belongings before check-out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you.
- If you don’t leave our property by 11:00 a.m. (unless late check-out has been approved), you will be charged a late check-out fee of $40 as we have to pay extra for the cleaning team for their wait time or reroute them.
