The home features 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a 3rd floor entertainment room. The ROOFTOP has a hot tub perfect to relax and/or mingle as you view the city lights of Downtown Nashville. The enclosed outdoor common area has an available firepit and two gas grills.
4 Side by Side Luxury Styled Townhomes in their on secluded community. Private garages for off street parking. Two fully equipped, kitchens (one on the 2nd and one on the 3rd floor). Washer and Dryer available on the 1st and 3rd level of the townhome. 2nd Floor Kitchen/Living Room has 70" HDTV, Master 60" HDTV, 1st floor bedroom 65" HDTV and 3rd floor Entertainment Room 65" HDTV.
Guest have the ability to use the enclosed common areas of the property, which includes a fire-pit and two gas grills.
