The 1650 sq ft home features a primary bedroom (queen) with en suite, a second bedroom (queen) with next door full size bathroom and a third option for an additional couple of a Sealy queen size blow up bed. New smart Tv’s with cable, DVD players in both bedrooms and living room. The kitchen has been updated and is fully outfitted with modern appliances, quartz countertops, spacious cabinets and well stocked with plenty of kitchen gadgets for your in-house meals. Coffee bar with accessories, a great dining area adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 8 and a work station with printer and Wi-Fi. The home also features a utility room with new full size washer and dryer.
Guests will be pleased to find a spacious private backyard with covered patio, outdoor tv, heated pool (pool heating is an additional charge - See below) and gas barbecue. A perfect space for morning coffee, unwind in the evening or spend some time in the pool catching some Arizona sun. Propane heaters available for those chilly nights!
