Here you're 10 minutes Sam's Club, Fry's Food and Drug and Whole Foods Market for ease of shopping! Target is just 15 minutes away, too. NAU is just over 10 minutes from the home so whatever brings you to Flagstaff we've got you covered in this central location. Enjoy the hot tub, Bocce Ball court, fire pit, corn hole and built in grill with bar in the newly renovated backyard! Inside you'll find the home spacious and inviting with the 8ft pool table with 50" TV making the perfect game room or hang out in the living room featuring a 65" TV and Pac Man Machine! There is no shortage of fun adventure to be had while staying with us! Also, don't forget to ask about our concierge services to get your planning underway once booked.

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with spa equipment to ensure no damage and the spa will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
