Summary: This was a dog friendly home which is why we rented it. We did not know the dishwasher was needing repair as we did not try to use it. Someone came unannounced on the 2nd day we were there. We were not told a person was coming over to look at the dishwasher. Afterwards, we were told a repairman was coming in the late afternoon a few days later and we needed to be there because of our dog. This was asked without regard to our plans for the day. Management should be more respectful of family who just paid a ton to stay in their house and not bother them with requests that can wait until check out time. Other than that, house was clean, end unit made it easy to park and near to an area where we could walk our dog. I voiced my concern to management about asking us to be home for dishwasher repair and she understood and cancelled the appointment. Also, we rented a grill, two burners did not work. I called management, she gave me a number to the company she uses to call and complain to them. She could have called them herself (we are on vacation, not our job) and get us a new one that worked.
