With only 6 steps up to the front door, you can enjoy the main floor master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private deck offering spectacular views. The guest bedroom and living space complete the main floor. Upstairs finds another enormous bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the lake, a full bathroom and a loft with two beds. A full kitchen allows you to enjoy meals at home or venture out to one of the nearby delicious lake area restaurants.
Breakwater Bay Club boasts a lakeside pool with gazebos, playground and sun deck, as well as tennis and basketball courts, seasonal evening on-site security and fishing from all of the docks - fun for the whole family!
