Living room with beautiful ocean views. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, seating in the eating area for 14. Covered deck off the dining area with comfortable sofa and chairs. Uncovered deck off of the living room with a dining table that seats 8, a gas grill and incredible ocean views.
The master bedroom is also on the 2nd floor of the house with ensuite bath, walk-in closet, king size bed and small deck overlooking the pool.
The first floor has a junior suite bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bath, two more bedrooms with queen size beds, a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, a den with a aerobed sleeper sofa, 2 hall baths and a laundry room.
There is a rooftop deck with incredible 360 degree views. Great ocean, sunset stargazing and firework views.
