A total of 3 baths plus 2 enclosed outside showers. There is parking for 3 cars and a gas grill. There are 2 rear units - one is occupied by the owner on occasion and the other is rented seasonally. Fabulous in town location and the perfect place for your family vacation. Take the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach to enjoy the nightlife. Also, visit historic downtown Lewes Beach about 5 miles north or take the Rehoboth Beach bike trail to Lewes Beach.
