Come and spend your next getaway relaxing at Sunset Serenity, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This newly constructed in 2019 three bedroom home is beautifully finished and decorated. Inside, you'll find a fabulous open concept kitchen and a large living room with big windows that give the home lots of natural lighting. The main level has 2 bedrooms, each with king size beds and ceiling fans. From the main level, you can walk out to the gorgeous backyard with amazing bay views and a large fire pit. Head upstairs to the loft area that has 2 queen size sleeper sofas, and a private bedroom with a queen size bed. The backyard is great for gathering with the family and playing yard games. Take out the kayak and paddleboard to explore the bay.

We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
