This entire two-story townhome is yours to enjoy. The modern kitchen features high-end appliances, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. There is a large dining table to seat 8 -10 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island. The cozy great room provides an inviting space to gather at the end of the day. Relax around the large gas fire and take in the latests sports or share a movie. The home features four large bedrooms. The master is adjacent to the living room, and has a king bed, gas fire, smart TV and large ensuite with double vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub and large closet. Upstairs, there are two further king bedrooms and two more bathrooms, as well as a bunk room to sleep 4 and a den for additional sleeping space, movies and kid-friendly activities.
The townhome showcases a modern contemporary look with clean, classic lines and impressive finishes, including beautiful flooring, countertops, and unique details. Open living spaces are ample for gathering family and friends. A large outdoor patio and generous windows give it a wonderful light and open feel.
