The Space:
SunDestin Beach Resort sits on the sparkling sands of the Gulf of Mexico, right in the heart of Destin, FL. Seasonally, you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach for an additional fee and grab a drink at the outdoor tiki bar. Plus, the Scenic Stays team is available 24 hours a day at the front desk for any questions you may have or things you need.
Step into SunDestin 712 and be greeted by a completely updated, coastal space. The kitchen is right inside the front door and has beautiful, upgraded counters and appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals. The living space is all open concept with a large dining room and living room with floor to ceiling windows with views of the gulf and the surrounding Destin area. The decor has been thoughtfully chosen to bring the colors of the coast indoors. On the balcony, you'll find the best views of the Emerald Coast and access to the master bedroom. This room has a king sized bed and a large ensuite bath. The guest room has a queen sized bed plus twin bunk beds. This space is perfect for kids. There's a private bathroom for this room as well, and there's a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping. With all these beds, this two-bedroom condo sleeps eight guests comfortably.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
