Summary: First they told us we could not check in until 3 which is okay but went back on time and they they told us room would not be ready for another 2 hours or so. In room there was nothing to put ice in and only 1 bath towel for 2 people. Room was clean windows didn't work. Pool area was clean and did enjoy that. I went our to desk and the person was sleeping sitting in chair. I not very happy with what we saw.

Summary: Our stay was OK. For just one night it was fine.
The hot tub does not have very many jets and if there is more than 2 in it you do not get a jet.
I do like the open shower they to rinse off in the pool area. You do not see that at many places.
The staff can be hard to understand but are friendly.

Summary: The staff was not friendly or welcoming. Our room was not ready at check in time. Had to wait 20 minutes. Had to ask for an ice bucket and was told that all rooms don’t have ice buckets. Staff had to get one from another room. The toilet seat needed to be replaced as it was full of black marks. (looked like cigarette burns) There was a large white patch over a section of the wall with holes underneath. Also dirty handprints on the wall that could have easily been cleaned. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Summary: I was a little concerned when I got there when she couldn’t find our reservation, but then after a few minutes she did and she was very helpful. It’s an older hotel but our room was clean. We had an issue with the tub draining really slow so my husband left a note at the desk and it was taken care of before we returned later in the day. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the hot tub.

Summary: Had to buy air freshener because of foul smell in the room. Person taking care of continental breakfast on Monday, 9/1/2025 we fabulous & deserves a raise because of her excellent customer service!!

Summary: The property and services were what I expected for the price we paid. Nothing fancy, but we had a clean room with a comforable bed and plenty of hot water. The staff was very friendly and the pool and hot-tub were a plus. The breakfast was standard fare...but was tasty and hot. A good centralized place to stay for s visit to the Door County area at a reasonable price. No complaints.
