Summary: Clean, safe & wonderful holiday decor but I will not leave a tip anymore for the cleaning staff unless I can personally hand it to them. When I have checked out in the past at this hotel, the front desk staff walk rapidly to my room and leave after in it for one second. They then come back to the front desk & I do believe they are taking my tip that is meant for housekeeping. I have seen this happening at other hotels where the reservations host is putting the cash in their wallet when walking back down the hall.
