Being a very private space divided from neighbors by trees, this house boasts a calming positive energy and covered parking for RVs and boats. Inside you'll find a playful interior with themed bedrooms and and a vibrant open floor plan in the common area. Less than 2 miles from Fall Creek Falls, adventure awaits on a bike or a hike. You can enjoy the waterfalls from above or below, or take part in one of the events hosted at the park.
The space
The yard is clear and fairly level offering a stone firepit and seasoned firewood. A propane grill can be found on a concrete pad for your use and is to the right of the covered RV or boat parking that brings you up the stairs to the side deck. There you'll find a 2-seater high top table where you'll find the side entrance from the deck to the living area. Out front a porch with seating welcomes you to a whimsical open area inside hosting the living room and dine in kitchen with a TV that can swivel to either space. Tucked next to the fridge you'll find the washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. The hall bathroom has a shower with a bathtub and a double sink below great lighting. The master bedroom has lots of interesting and entertaining books to peruse during your stay either in bed by the lamplight or in the closet-turned-reading-nook and has a convenient half bath. One bedroom is cute, cozy, and comfy and offers a full bed for one or two guests with a wide open floor and a vintage vibe. Finally, the third bedroom is bold and brazen but offers a chill ambiance when only the hanging lamp is lit and you're chatting in the lowrider chairs, and has a detachable trundle for one or two guests.

To hit up a bigger store for more individualized choices, the neighboring town of Pikeville has a charming downtown Main Street with seasonal events and a farmer's market on most Saturdays, as well as grocery stores and dollar stores. If you stay in Spencer you can head south to the nearby Mennonite community for some truly unique finds at their variety store or get produce and fresh bread at one of their many stands.
