Summary: old tired room with curtains that wouldn’t close completely and were torn. bathroom shower door was covered in soapy film. toilet seat was old and worn as was the entire toilet and it ran constantly. Refrigerator in room was at 42 degrees at arrival. AC system was fickle. Middle of the stay one ac unit starting pouring water onto the carpet. Forced to get assistance from front desk person who did get it repaired promptly. decided to point out other issues and employee wasn’t keen on hearing them let alone fixing them. managed to get the fridge to 38 degrees. told us that they wouldn’t ’ding us’ on the curtain issue that had nothing to do with us. In room coffee is some sort of ‘cool’ pour over system that tasted like it was several year old coffee. At arrival the employee noted that there was coffee and cookies on the mezzanine level which turned out to be a keurig and a vending machine. overall a pathetic excuse for ‘hospitality’ of which we would never stay at a property like this ever again.
