For coffee enthusiasts, a Keurig coffee maker awaits, along with a toaster, blender, and a well-stocked array of pots, pans, cookie sheets, and cooking utensils. Gather around the countertop, where four can comfortably dine, or extend your seating to the dining table, accommodating an additional six guests.
Slumber in style in one of our three newly carpeted bedrooms, each offering ample closet space. The master bedroom indulges you with a luxurious King bed, a spacious drawer dresser, and a 55" TV equipped with YouTube TV, Netflix, and Disney+ access. The two other rooms feature Queen beds, all adorned with plush memory foam toppers for a restful night's sleep.
Need to stay productive during your getaway? Our den/office space comes complete with a desk and chair, ideal for those who need to work remotely. Additionally, the fold-out sofa bed comfortably accommodates one adult or two small children.

Our refreshing custom pool can be heated for a nominal fee of $75/night or $400/wk. Please communicate & pay this request at least 72 hours in advance of your stay.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Tempe takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.
Property includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
