Located in a lovely cove on a SALTWATER CANAL with an abundance activities, shopping & restaurants close by. Easy access to Sarasota and Tampa just north, Ft. Meyers, Naples and Miami to the south. The Northshore Cottage is nicely appointed and offers direct Gulf access on Charlotte Harbor. Manatees, dolphin and various fish frequent our canal. You can rent or bring your own boat, kayak, or jet ski or let someone else do the driving and hop on a sunset cruise in a floating tiki hut or traditional boat. Pickelball? PicklePlex is one of the best facilities in Florida and just minutes away. Golf, tennis and shuffleboard all nearby.
