This phenomenal brand-new home (finished May 2026) has it all! With its Southern charm and custom-home curb appeal, it beckons you to come on by and sit a spell. The huge covered porch is perfect for sipping sweet tea, sharing stories of the day’s adventures, and most exciting of all — taking in our famous NASA Wallops rocket launches. There’s no better seat in the house! On top of all that, The Pearl welcomes not only your family dog, with an awesome enclosed yard, but also your family horse (Fee Applies), with a beautiful horse pasture and barn. Your horse will have a 10x20 run-in with stall mats and a 1-acre pasture with vinyl-coated electric fencing. Ride on the 4.5-acre property or trailer to the beach and trails. And just imagine walking your dog down to the end of the road — where the grass meets Chincoteague Bay — and taking in magical views.
Upon entering The Pearl, you’ll know immediately that you made the right choice. You’ll be welcomed by beachy flooring reminiscent of a stroll on the boardwalk, walls the color of sea salt, and warm, cozy furnishings in earth tones that magically bring it all together. With a luxurious king bed, flat-screen Smart TV, and private attached full bath, it promises to be a sweet retreat. Full Bath 1 is stunning, with a walk-in shower and beautiful coastal accents.
And guess what — ALL bedrooms have a private attached full bath AND Smart TV! No one will be fighting over who gets the master — they’re ALL masters!
Wandering upstairs, you’ll find a large landing with a sitting area, 2 more bedrooms, and 2 more bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has another king bed and some of Marcia’s marvelous custom artwork. Down the hall, Bedroom 3 not only has a king bed, but also a full-size sleeper sofa, and a Twin Sleeper Chair, making it a perfect family suite! This full bath has a tub/shower combo.
