We do not book far in advance (10 days prior to an available date available after that time, we do not book) unless for summer months. For example, we will not book December if Sept through November is available. We keep dates open for longer stays through the winter. Please inquire about available dates, and we will get back to you asap.

My wife & I and our 2 teenage boys enjoyed our time at this well appointed condo on the beach! The location is less than a 5 minute walk to the Hermosa Pier. For that matter, virtually everthing you need is within walking distance; restaurants, shopping (clothes, gifts & groceries), along with various other recreational activities - other than The Beach! Everything we needed was supplied - all we did was make a couple of trips to the market which was just a short 5 minute drive. We bbq on the patio (much to the delight of the other folks on vacation walking The Strand and comments such as 'yum, smells good - any extra?' I strongly recommend this rental for any family, couple, etc wishing to partake of the 'SoCal Beach Experience' - we really did not want to leave - but we'll be back!
