This luxury river cabin boasts beautifully landscaped grounds, family fun with a swing set, trampoline, outdoor fire pit, hammock, direct access to the river, and horseshoes. Not to mention the gourmet loaded kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and luxury furnishings. The name, Toccoa Fish Camp, is derived from the fact that the builder and his development team purchased this lot from a group of guys that had a literal fish camp there for decades. It was previously undeveloped, and people came and set up tents to fish the river at this property. If you are a fisherman, look no further!
