It is only one block to the Original Greene Turtle and many grocery and convenience stores. This three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse has a furnished deck and private backyard. This is the perfect home to call your own!
Fabulous coastal decor will make you feel like a true beach bum. The living room is furnished with a matching couches (including queen-sized sleeper sofa) and 65" flat screen SmartTV. Off the living room includes a dining area that comfortably seats 6-8 for a family dinner. Updated kitchen includes all the appliances/cookware you'd need for a family meal, and a wine cooler for a nice evening on the furnished back deck. There is a convenient half bath on the first floor.
