Parking:
• The home’s driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Additional parking is available at the Oasis Clubhouse—overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please note: trailers, RVs, boats, and oversized vehicles are not permitted within the resort.
Guest registration and parking rules:
• All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. • Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

House Rules:
1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.
2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3. Please clean up after yourselves. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.
4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.
5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.
6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home.
