The Vesper Violet House is the perfect combination of 1920’s charm and modern living. Newly renovated, professionally decorated, and conveniently located close to all things Waco.
Picture yourself enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning while sitting in a rocking chair on the brick front porch. Or imaging relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine after a long day of activities. With 4 bedrooms, it is the perfect place for large gatherings like girls weekends and family vacations. Your pets are most welcome in the house and we have a completely fenced in backyard.

Pets allowed (small dogs only, max 2, $50 pet fee per pet. Dogs only, no cats or other animals and no puppies or aggressive breeds).
Parties or events negotiable (small events and get-togethers are allowed and welcomed but need to be transparent during booking process)
Additional rules
-Renting party must be 25 or older (all members of the group must be 25yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (10 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Max parking- 3 cars
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom
-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
