This 2,130 square foot single level home boasts an open floor plan offering an abundance of natural light to flood the cozy living spaces where you can enjoy beautiful red rock views. It features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to accommodate six guests in true comfort.
You will enter the home through the front door and into bright and open great room accented with ceramic tile floors and the stunning red rock views.
Living Room: In this naturally lit living room, you'll find contemporary-style furnishings, a cozy rock gas fireplace, and a bright and open ambiance with stunning red rock views. Enjoy this gathering place visiting with friends or family or watching your favorite movies and shows.
Dining Area: The dining area offers space for friends and family style dinners with seating for six. You will also have access to the patio for outdoor dining any time of day.
Kitchen: This spacious kitchen is fully-equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range, beautiful alder wood cabinets, ample granite counters and a center island with seating for four – perfect for meal prep and entertaining. And of course, you will have views of the mountains.

Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed in the perfect quiet spot in the house. This bedroom is tucked away with sneak peaks of the back yard and beautiful red rocks. This room has a 43” Smart TV, access to the full shared bath, and a Sky Lite star projector for fun nighttime ambiance.
Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds (or configured as a king size bed upon request and $30 fee) with a 43” Smart TV, access to the full shared bathroom, and a Sky Lite star projector for fun nighttime viewing.
