The Space:
The Villa has the original architectural details, quality and classic workmanship from the period in which it was built. No expense was spared in renovating the interior which boasts a modern yet timeless fashion, even the art work and furnishings were selected with that "prohibition era/timeframe in mind."
The Interior:
Make your way up the fresh, crisp, clean front porch steps onto a serene, screened in front porch, perfect for enjoying the quiet, historic street atmosphere (sometimes even faintly hearing the nearby live music) while sipping some Rose' or a cold one lounging on the comfy porch plush loveseat or pillowed chair. Step inside the front door that opens into a fresh and clean living area with a genuine leather couch, showcasing an over 80" flat screen Television with wi-fi streaming all available for gusts to enjoy... step further into the open dining area and kitchen, fully stocked with all essentials. Step to the hallway with two bedrooms each has a queen bed, with clean white linens, a bathroom with essentials and a refreshing walk in shower... all of which to suit even the most discerning of guests.
The Exterior:
Step outside the back door into a charming, tranquil outdoor seating/lounge courtyard areas with plants and a fountain feature along with landscape lighting to enjoy alongside table with umbrella feature (side courtyard)...
Parking/Location:
There is space for up to two vehicles to park side by side in front of the Villa, however, there is likely no need to drive as every attraction in the historic district is just a short walk, hop, skip or jump away. Simply step out the front door and you are surrounded by a treasure trove of museums, shops, cafes, spa, restaurants (some of the finest dining that St. Augustine has to offer), hotels/bars, including Casa Monica, Flagler College, St. George Street, etc and if you wish, you can even book a horse and carriage to pick up at the end of the street.
