The Villa’s architectural design provides you with a feeling of space with its natural flow from the inside living area to the outside lower veranda leading to the large pool and adjoining lake. It offers the idea place to relax with a cool drink and good book or have a swim in the pool and enjoy the views of the lake and sunset. The kitchen is grand in size and is functional with two stainless steel sinks and a modern granite kitchen island. Its elegant walnut finish complemented with high end appliances gives you the perfect environment to entertain your close families and friends. The floors are all polished porcelain tiles The villa has all the necessary amenities such as a large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, laundry facilities, wireless internet, Direct TV/DVD player, and BBQ pit.
Up the staircase is the landing leading to the three bedrooms all on the large size, with walk in robes and ensuite bathrooms, all of which open to the upstairs veranda from which you can relax and enjoy the views towards the west and lake.
