Stunning views from two decks, several water side patios with fire pit, Bbq pits picnic areas that are all private for your use. Paved steps to your private rock dock. Park setting by water. Kayak or paddleboard right from your private waters edge. Close to everything fun! Canyon Dam overlook, Lots of great restaurants, hiking, etc Tubing the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River is a 10 minute drive. Less than 10 miles east is the White Water Amphitheater, which is a hot spot for Major Artists like Willie Nelson and Pat Green plus bands and music of all genres. Historic Gruene and New Braunfels is a short 20 minute drive that can't be missed. While in Gruene,
you can shop all the local shops, enjoy an ice cream cone, and then visit the Gristmill for lunch or go two-stepping at the Historic gruene Dance Hall. Michael, with John Travolta was filmed there. While in New Braunfels, you can enjoy the world's greatest water park,Schlitterbahn, or plop a tube down in the Comal River that is crystal clear and stays 72 degrees
year round.
In the opposite direction, you can visit Wimberley and Blanco Lavender capital of Texas with wine tastings and Texas breweries

Summary: This house is just so amazing on every level!! The house is absolutely beautiful and cozy, amazing views, and awesome patio and sitting areas. The easy access into the lake was the BEST! Can't wait to return!!
