Additionally, there are 2 off-street spots suitable for compact vehicles only. • Lakeway ordinance prohibits parking boat trailers on the street (towing enforced), and trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway. • Please make alternate arrangements for trailers/boats in advance.
• Access & mobility: The home has stairs (please see photos).
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the unit.
