There's over 75' of docking to tie up your boat(s), launch kayaks or paddleboards and enjoy all the watersports. Fishing from the dock is great fun for kids, you'll catch a variety of fish. Boating, biking or walking are the best ways to enjoy this area, along the lakes, dunes, channel and piers.
Beautiful Pere Marquette and Harbortowne beaches are only a short walk or head out to find your own secluded beach easily accessible by boat, swim, hike dunes and enjoy beach fun. It's truly a great area for walks, runs, bike rides, sunsets and stars. Ships and boats making their way through the channel allows you to see it all from right there.
Silversides Submarine and Naval Museum along with a couple parks and play structures are close by in the neighborhood.
Dockers and The Deck resturants are walking distance, with great food and live music on the weekends all summer long.
