Beautiful large home with multiple bedrooms and entertaining spaces out side. Gas fire pit to sit around and roast marshmallows as well as a outdoor fire table. Placed on a quiet street that is backed into some of the greatest trails to ride your bike to or hike.
This house is on a very quiet street right in the middle of West Sedona. This is the happening place to be in Sedona. It is close to Whole Foods and great trails. The outdoor spaces are great and designed by a local professional.
Right in the heart of West Sedona on a secluded street. There a no through traffic, so it is very private and serene. Professionally landscapes with 2 large patios each with gas fire pits. New hot tub! The house has new modern furniture. We manage the house just like a hotel, we wash all the linens and entire house after each stay.
There is a very large driveway way that can park lots of cars and there are 2 covered car port spaces. We do not accept any loud motorized vehicles (no motorcycles, quads, trucks, etc)!!
You will love this house!
You will have access the the entire main house and the outdoor spaces connected to the house. This includes the driveway and carport.
This property has a main house and a guest house. Spire house 3 is the main house, the other is called Spire House 4. They are separate and often rented out at the same time. We ask that you maintain the privacy of the guest house. You can rent out both properties to accommodate larger groups, please let us know if you have any questions!
We respect your privacy but if you ever need anything we are here to help! If you need anything please call or message us through the Airbnb app. We live in town and can usually come assist you within a short notice. We care very much about you having a great stay, please just let us know if you need anything. If we aren’t in town we have a network of people in place to help out including a full time handyman and cleaning lady that work for us.
If you are needing anything let us know we have many connections in town and can most likely help with anything you might need, whether it be recommendations or to borrow backpacks for a hike, we work hard to make sure you are taken care of on your stay.
The house has keyless entry so you can arrive any time and let yourself in.
Amazing hidden Street in the heart of West Sedona. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to dry creek area trails, all grocery stores, and great restaurants.
We have a BBQ and fully stocked kitchen so you can cook your own meals.
The outdoor living spaces are the best!
Sedona is tricky as there is not a great public transportation system. Most people have to bring a vehicle. You can get around on bike and there are some restaurants that could be walked to from the house.
Do not use the indoor fireplace, it is not to be used by guests!

The cleaning fee that is charged is for a normal cleaning which includes: cleaning and changing linens, sweeping light messes and mopping, cleaning normal use of toilet, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces.
You are responsible for doing your dishes, cleaning up any excessive dirty areas, any excessive linen usage are to be cleaned up by you.
Our cleaning service will charge extra if there is excessive cleaning to be done and that extra charge will be charged to you. The hot tub is to be kept at a temperature of 98 and above. If it is used as a ‘pool’ and or excessively dirty we will charge you $250 to have it serviced and cleaned. The re-heating of the water takes a lot of energy and west on the motors in the hot tub.
