2 bedrooms with 3 beds (1 king in master, 1 queen in guest, 1 pull-out couch queen in master)
2 bathrooms with brand new showers, large bathtub in master
Large desk with dual monitors, includes keyboard/mouse, as well as all cables needed. Hookups are HDMI, USB, VGA. So all that is needed is your laptop/computer.
Full kitchen with the following:

You will have access to the entire house except a locked closet in the laundry room.
For checking in, you'll receive instructions from a third party app. You can use the app or a keypad code to enter for self check-in and access to the property during your stay.
Other things to note
There is a ring doorbell camera as well as a camera above the garage. There are no cameras inside or showing the patio area.

1. No parties or events allowed

6. Don't eat or drink in the bedrooms
7. Use provided makeup remover wipes to remove makeup instead of towels
8. Respect the noise curfew, especially on the patio (9:00pm to 7:00am)
9. Turn off the AC when you go out
10. Respect check-in and check-out times
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
12. No moving furniture
13. Please take care of the furnishings. Beyond normal wear and tear, your security deposit will be used for damages

14. Take care of the garage opener fob and leave it on the counter when you leave. Losing the fob will result in $100 deduction from the deposit to replace it
15. Please take off bed sheets and either put them on the floor or in washer, along with used towels
16. Please put dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher before you leave, dishwasher pods are below the kitchen sink
17. Take any personal food/drinks out of the fridge/freezer and take the trash out before you leave
18. Turn off the AC when you leave
19. No occupation of premises beyond what's listed at time of rental
