Inside the unit you will find stylish furniture + views from 10+ floors. Close walking proximity to restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries. We welcome LA convention center patriots to this high-rise. No parties, smoking or loud noise past 10pm, strict 24 hour on site security to ensure this.
We have multiple 3 bedroom units at this property. Each one is designed to provide our guests a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The photos will give you a sense of what to expect. We have TV's with cable and streaming devices which allow you to watch any and all channels including international.
All 3 bedrooms have queen beds and we can add another queen air mattress by request. Please do not enter building or approach front desk to check in without host being present. We run a private business separate from the building. After check in you can come and go as you please.
Guests have access to entire apartment, pool, gym, rooftop and lounge areas. We are required to inform guests that building staff have no affiliation with this reservation. All communication must only be with our team that has booked you (for any questions or issues). This is to ensure you have a positive experience without any interruptions. You will be registered with building as our guests. If you have any issues and are uncomfortable with the above requirements we suggest you contact us or book elsewhere. We have many units on multiple platforms across LA, NC and FL and our priority is customer satisfaction.
Check in time must be specified to avoid fees + delayed check in. We'll be happy to help you with any questions throughout your stay. The neighborhood is SAFE and full of tourists. Transportation- we have taxi service to/from airport for a fee. There is also an underground metro (train) line. The metro takes you direct to Santa Monica, Hollywood, Long Beach. There is also a direct bus from DTLA Union Station to So-Fi Stadium.
-Absolutely no parties allowed otherwise reservation will be cancelled without any refund. No smoking allowed. Smoking will incur a $1,000 fee.
-No pets allowed.
-Sometimes last minute bookings may require some lead for preparation and check in, contact us for more info. -Late check in fees are in place so that staff can stay awake to assist you for checkins: 10pm-12am= $75 12am-2am-= $125
-All guests must specify the number of people staying in unit for reservation. Any excess people over the stated amount on reservation will be charged $125/person. There will be no charge as long as you state exact number of people at time of booking.
-Parking- $35 per day per car. Parking is on site valet.
-Guest MUST SPECIFY TIME OF ARRIVAL IF NOT DOING SELF CHECK IN. If an arrival time is given and there is no communication about being late, there will be a waiting fee past 60 minutes of scheduled arrival. Waiting fee is $25 for every 30 minutes late. Fee will not be charged as long as there is an extenuating circumstance outside of your control communicated preferably 60 minutes BEFORE stated check in time. For example: guest tells host they will arrive at 4pm. Guest gets delayed and is now scheduled for 6pm. In this instance the host must be notified minimum 60 minutes prior to 4pm which is 3pm. Fee of $25/30 minutes begins 1 hour after scheduled arrival. In this example (if there is no communication) fee would begin at 5pm. We have implemented this because our staff end up waiting hours for guest without any communication.
