Tile floors throughout! Meticulously maintained beach retreat! Ground level includes a big laundry room & covered patio! There are bunk beds on this level. This ground level space is NOT INTERNALLY connected to the main level. The main level includes huge deck with Gulf views, living, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath. The 3rd level of this home is a private King suite retreat. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. This home is located far enough outside of town that the beach is quiet and the shelling is great. Lost Colony Villas offers spaciousness and privacy, community swimming pool, and direct beach access! Sorry, no pets allowed. No garage access.
