The house is just over 1100 square feet and has 3 bedrooms, and two full baths located at the front and back of the house. Bedroom 1 has a brand new memory foam King bed; Bedroom 2 has a brand new memory foam Queen bed; Bedroom 3 has a dedicated workspace area with desk and chair as well as a single sleeper futon (Futon bedding can be made up before arrival upon request only). All rooms have complete bedding, extra pillows and spacious closets with additional dressers for storage.
If you need additional sleep space for parties of more than 5 guests, we can provide a deluxe queen air mattress with bedding (upon request only). If you request to use the deluxe queen air mattress, please note- this is not routinely set up/made by housekeeping prior to check in. Please let us know during booking if you plan to use the air mattress and if you would like this to be set up/made prior to checking in. The same applies with the single sleeper futon in bedroom 3. We will do our best to accommodate any requests!
The front exterior has a newly built, covered porch complete with a set of patio chairs perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine to end your day. Off the back of the house is a covered patio for grilling out, as well as a large back yard for relaxing around the fire pit.
The cozy living room has a leather love seat and couch, and an upholstered recliner chair. Extra blankets are available in every bedroom closet as well as in the basket you will find in the living room. The living room fireplace is an original piece left for display only- please do not attempt to start a fire in it. If you want more heat or cooler air, feel free to use the Nest thermostat located in the dining room adjacent to the refrigerator or the Dyson heater/fan located in the back bedroom closet. Please adjust the thermostat to your comfort level and do not set AC below 66 or the heat above 73.
The full bath located at the front of the house is newly renovated with a combination tub/shower for your use. The recently added full bath at the back of the house has a combination tub/shower also which is perfect for both kids and adults. The bathroom vanity is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash should you forget to pack your own. Plenty of cotton bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths can be found on the shelves behind the door, and inside the vanity located in the full bath.
The newly renovated bright open kitchen has all new appliances, including a full sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and electric range. You will find cooking necessities including a large blender, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker (Regular drip maker and Keurig), and electric kettle. There's a dining table that seats four, as well as basic cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink should they be needed.
The laundry room/pantry located in the back of the house has a brand new, full-sized washer and dryer for guests to use during their stay. Laundry detergent, and an iron and ironing board are also provided. A fire extinguisher should you need it is located down low, to the right of the dryer. There is cleaning equipment (Vacuum, mop, broom) next to the washer and dryer and additional cleaning supplies stored in container on storage shelf if needed. Also stored in the laundry room, feel free to use the set of 4 camping chairs to sit around the fire pit!
Did you bring your kids? There are board games, and a Nintendo switch in the entertainment center! If you are traveling with small children, ask about our pack and play, toys, and high chair that we can setup prior to your arrival!
WIFI is available. There is a Roku TV in the master bedroom, and a Smart TV with Roku streaming stick in the main living area. Feel free to log into your own Roku account or any streaming services you may use!
