Two and a half blocks to many nice restaurants and shops, five blocks to the Arboretum, ten blocks to a swim in lake Washington, less than a mile from all the action on Capitol hill, and less than two from downtown. Easy access (bus stop on block) to the UW, downtown and Capitol hill.

The space is a high ceiling studio with hardwood floors, heated stone floors in the bathroom, central AC and a sunny disposition high above a quiet alley. Precious light floods in from all sides, but still offers privacy. There is a sleeping area with queen size bed, sitting area, eating nook and kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator and dishwasher, bath and window seat. All you will ever need for a short or long stay.
