Wonderfully equipped kitchen with open living and dining area, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances . 4 large bedrooms and 4 baths. 3 bedrooms with their own full bathrooms and 1 with a full bathroom, just outside of bedroom. Enjoy the great views of community and ocean from inside or outside of the villa. More than 3000 sq. ft. of covered area with approximately 1400 square feet of beautiful rooftop views of Ocean, Lands End and Arch!
The master suite includes a large walk in closet, king sized bed and large master bathroom with double sink vanity . Bedroom #2 has a king bed, twin bed and full bathroom. The house is equipped with Roku TV, wireless internet, Bose bluetooth speaker, free long distance to the US and Canada. The central A/C has 5 thermostats controlling different areas of the house.
