Guest Access:
For the most convenient entry, we suggest parking in the driveway of Unit B. Guests are not permitted to utilize Unit A as this is owned by another tenant. Some closet spaces are closed.

HOUSE RULES:
- Please be very cautious with the window blinds. Some go the opposite way of the others due to door handle placements.
- Max occupancy is 6 guests.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- We kindly request that you remain mindful of noise levels during your stay, as Unit A is privately owned and unavailable for rent.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the reservation.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Cricket Season:
It’s cricket season here in Texas, so you may notice a few more of them around. They’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a little pesky. To help keep them outside, we recommend keeping windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. We also take proactive steps to manage this, but if you find them bothersome, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
